Plastic cased electric heater used in thousands of spas. Rated 6 KW at 230 volts, 1.5 KW at 115 volts. This unit is complete with a new heater element, pressure switch, high limit switch, thermostat, and indicator light, ready to be wired to your existing spa control system. If you are going to run the heater 6 KW at 230 volts you will need to order and install a contactor for the element. This heater is a suitable replacement for the following heaters :EM-201, EM-203, Ht=1, EM-103, EM-301, 22,0142, 22-0143,22-1BAQ-000-101,22-1103-R00-200,22-1BAQ-000-111, 22-1303-R00-211

This heater has been "officially" replaced by Hot Springs with a new no fault heater: The titanium 73790. However in our opinion, the tri-bend heater is every bit as good as the 73790 and costs considerably less. We have them both so take your pick!

Replacement electric heater assembly for older Cal Spa control systems. (Most common on PS1-PS5 systems).  This heater is a 2 inch manifold tapered to 1.5 inch at each end. Manifold measures 15 3/4 inch. Element replacement is not advised. RMF number on this heater is 48-3300-10-021H

News flash!!!  The 58028 has been replaced  by the 53349 heater. Complete replacement assembly for Jacuzzi systems.  If your board has software version R-574, then the replacement is the 53349

For Jacuzzi R-576, and ALL Balboa LE, and Value systems that are Non-M7 (they have a single temperature sensor), then select 58019.

Specs:
58028 - 4 KW, 1 PSI set Pressure Switch.
58019 - 5.5 KW, 2 PSI set Pressure Switch. 58025 - 5.5 Kw , 2 PSI set pressure switch and 2X1.5 inch heater union tailpiece. (for replacement you can order the 58019 because you wont need the tail piece )

2" x 15" Flow-Through heater assembly. The 15 inch flow thru heater manifold is used on many spa control systems. The one shown has a 1/8th inch npt pressure tap for the pressure switch located to the right of the element leads and a shielded Thermowell indent for mounting the thermostat and high limit sensing bulbs inline with the  leads as well. Includes heater element rated at 230 Volts / 5500 Watts,  Includes new 2" unions and O-ring gaskets. This will be your heater if you have a Brett non digital, hydroquip, Pinnacle, or Hurricane Pak
