Very common heater element. Used in thousands of spa heaters. 5x5" back plate. 2 Thermo-wells. A 3/8" threaded hole for pressure switch, and 1 hole for current collector mounting bolt. It is recommended to replace the pressure switch and gasket set when replacing this element.
Plastic housings, Current Collector, Pressure Switch, Heater Gasket, Thermostat, Hi-Limit Switch.

A 1 1/4 inch threaded heater element popular in many spas. Note that the 1.25 inch pipe thread actually measures 1 7/8ths. Available with or without adapter to replace older heater element assemblies that had the element welded directly to the back plate. This makes future replacement much easier.

Includes a heater element rated for 240V, 6000 Watts or 120V, 1500 Watts. Adapter plate is 2 11/16" in diameter, and comes with gasket and screws for easy installation.

Found in older model spas, namely Sundance, Jacuzzi, Polynesian and others.

The adapter is primarily used in Sundance Brand Spas.
