I am currently looking into a couple of options to move my tub from it's current location to a nicer spot behind our house. I stumbeled across the site for "dek blocks" as a way to create a floating deck. I wondered if anyone had any experiance with these. They look to be alot easier to use them pouring a traditional footing. The other thing I like about these is that if in the future I decide to move the tub to a different deck that we would like to build this could be easily dismanteled without digging. Any thoughts? Don't use em. They are technically not even approved by most codes for a foot deck, much less the added weight of a hot tub with over 2000 pounds of water in it.
