Neptune Whirlpool electrical question
I'm in the process of installing a Neptune Zen whirlpool tub and can not get the pump to work. Our model has a control panel with 5 buttons that controlls the blower, blower speed, whirlpool, amd pump. From the underside of the control panel mounted on the deck of the tub is a flat cabel that connects to the blower. We also have a smaller (4wire?) cabel coming out of a control unit that's about the same lenght as the flat cabel. I assumed the smaller cable went to the the control panel on the deck of the tub as well but see no place that it connects to. I am assuming this smaller cable has something to do with the pump not operating. Any ideas where it goes? The instructions are pretty vague.
