Sundance Optima ground
Hi, I have an Optima on the way and I'm getting the wiring worked out. In the Sundance book is says; "Proper grounding is extremely important. A pressure wire connector is provided to permit connection of a bonding wire between the spa and any metal object or appliance within 5 feet. Bonding wire must be at least #8 AWG solid copper wire." The diagram indicates 2 hot legs and ground from the house panel (no neutral) and no ground to anything else as mentioned in the statement above. Does it need to be grounded to something other than the breaker panel? Thanks!

Re: Sundance Optima ground
Let's say you were within 5 feet of a screen enclosure - you would ground it to the enclosure.
