| Help small leak |
Hello to all I am new to this forum, and I need some help. i was just given a used spa it is a 93 cal spa, all works on it (pumps and heater). I did notice when we moved it that the bottom was damp, I am assuming there may be some leaks. The spa itself has no cracks, so once again I am assuming the leaks may be around the jets or the plumbing to them. The only problem is the spa has full insulation, I am curious if the insulation is removed to troubleshoot leaks, what do I replace it with. Any suggestion would help. |

You can buy special cans of spray on insulation that is of the same density of the foam around the tub, but it isn't redily available and spendy. I just use the great stuff expanding foam sealant found in home improvement stores and it does the job just fine and nicely. |
