| Please help! Three flashing dots and not heating. Gecko MSPA |
here is the timeline of events: Spa is a Artesian Spa Gold Class Emerald It has 2 1-Speed pumps with a seperate circulation pump. Electronic Control Via Gecko MSPA-MP (Brand New $600)
As stated I have already replaced the board, the flow switch, the thermometer, and the heater. However I have have the dreaded three flashing dots under the time/temp. I have replaced the flow switch but I am unsure if it is installed or working correctly. Spa does not heat but there is voltage at the heater contacts, have not checked for amp draw. Any help is appreciated.
Sincerely,

Re: Please help! Three flashing dots and not heating. Gecko MSPA
Very strange that you have the 3 dashing lines and still have voltage to the heater. Usually the three dashing lines indicates a problem with flow or a high limit and kills power to the heater. Can you test the heater for continuity? |

Re: Please help! Three flashing dots and not heating. Gecko MSPA
figured out the issue, the "installer" failed to leave the schematic and wired the flow switch to aux i/o #1 and not the hidden p9 in the lower right hand corner, if anyone needs the wiring info just ask. |
