Plumbing Help (aka Where does this pipe go?)
Hi All,
I'm attempting to ressurect a 1987 Jacuzzi Karma Hot Tub, and I'm a little confused about the plumbing as it's been partially disconnected.
There are two intake (suction) vents along the long walls of the tub; an elbow comes out of the first one and runs around to the short side of the tub to a "T". One leg of the "T" points directly away from the tub and is cut off about 12" away. The other leg runs to the other intake vent which is attached to another "T", with another short pipe sticking out about 12", parallel to the tub. I'm assuming this last pipe is the one that attaches to the pump, but I don't know what the other "T" is supposed to connect to. Basically I have two intake pipes, but only one output to jets?
