Spa Builder AP -4 question

I just recently had a spa given to me that needed a little plumbing work, no problem thats done, and the shell is in great shape so im hopefull. Thing is it has a Spa Builders AP-4 control system and did not come with an owners manual, so im wondering if anyone knows where i might download the manual. I have no clue what kind of spa it is It has NO model numbers or other ID anywhere I can find so i dont know which company to ask, But like i said its in decent shape and its someplace to start so any help would be really apprecated Thanks

Quick and dirty owners manual:

3 air hoses connect to the box - which are connected to air buttons up top.

1. Jets high speed on and off.
2. Blower on and off (or pump 2). (Optional)
3. Light on and off. (Optional)

Set timer to circulate water for 2 hours every 12 hours as a start.

Set thermostat to desired temperature setting. May take a little trial and error to get thermostat setting to what you prefer, because it's a relative indicator of temperature.

####################
Selector switch:
One position - spa will heat only when timer has unit turned on for filtration (the timer setting indicated above), (economy mode).

Second position - spa will heat water anytime the thermostat setting calls for heat, (standard mode).
####################

When finished using spa, be sure that Jets, Blower, and Light are turned off. If jets are left running, you could overheat the spa.
If blower is left running, you could burn out the blower motor.

If the unit overheats, there is a high temperature limit switch that will kick out and stop power to the spa. The unit must cool down before you can reset it. This is a small red button located on the control box. If it repeatedly overheats, call a qualified service technician to investigate the cause of overheating.

#####################

When the control is connected to a source of power that has high amperage available (ex: 230v @ 40 amps), then the unit will heat and operate the jets and blower simultaneously.

If connected to a low amperage source (ex: 115v @ 20 amps), then when jets or blower are turned on, the heater is disabled.
#####################

Be sure that unit is connected to NEC compliant ground fault circuit breaker or other ground fault detection circuit and test the GFCI monthly for proper operation.

In the event that the Ground Fault detection circuitry does not remove power from the spa when tested, turn off the spa immediately and call a qualified electrican for service.

Those insts apply to just about every 3 button style of air spa controller. The ap4 has been in existence for a long time and a lot of variations to the internals so finding something exactly specific isn't really going to work - the generic instructions I've posted there are pretty much all you need. If you have any further q's just post back here.
