Can anybody tell me what a good price for a 1992 6 person Cal Spa would go for? I'm looking to buy a nice Cal Spa, good condition, doesn't look like it has been used much. It's huge and I've already taken a look at it. Probably the only negative is the wood enclosure needs restained and sealed. The person selling is asking $1250 OBO.
Thanks,
Alan |

If everything works and you can get it to your place, 1250 ain't a bad price (just don't forget what OBO means! haha... offer less and see if you can get it cheaper).
Just needing staining and sealing is not a big problem. |

a 15 year old spa, I would suggest 150 per average foot as an offer. For example, if the spa is 6.5' x 8', the average would be 7.25' x 150 = 1087. For the condition of the cabinet, I'd offer 1000 even. |
