I have a 1994 Tiger River Tondi. I replaced the lower board 70374 due to corrosion and at the same time replaced the upper panel with board including the thermostat, control. The heating element and circ pump are also newer.

I installed the lower board but the heater isn't working and the jet pump wants to run constantly.. I noted that the Relay on the front left of the lower board that accepts 1 back and 2 white wires, had a different configuration than the old boards relay. It had 3 terminals but seemed like it was rotated 90?

The circ pump runs. The thermostat, control on the upper board does not turn on/off the jet pump as before and the jet push button switch does not turn the jets on/off--there is no click sound when you push it.

I got a wiring diagram from the dealer. but have not been able to figure out if I have it wired incorrectly.

Is someone familiar with the configuration of this board and can help me trouble shoot if/how I have it wired incorrectly?

The 94 Tondi should have a flow switch. You may jump it to test. As far as the pump goes I would check for a stuck relay, sometimes tapping relays can unstick them. That spa also has a reset by turning up & down the t-stat. The other part I would check is the board the t-stat board attaches to - i ran into that problem last week.
