This spa is about 3 months old. It has 2X gone into "safe mode" and the manuel says contact the tech. The symptoms are that after a cycle or several the tub digital readout shows a temp higher (over 104 degrees) than the real temp (97) and it goes to safe mode. The temp drops about 1 degree per second to the set 97 degree temp. If the pump/jets are restarted it will run a few secs. then back to safe mode. Below the control panel I can here a click as if a breaker ? is trying to reset. If it is left for a time period est. an hour it will be working fine. Tech ran it through 4 cycles and did not have a problem show up. He said he was unsure what to do, but watch it and let him know should it happen again. Also, we just replaced the filter and did a complete water change.

Also, tub does gain temp as it runs (Is this normal?)

It is still under warranty and the dealer does come out (but this is to be the fourth time in about as many months and it getting old).
