3 years later, trying to hook up wires on Ramco

Ok, so I've never been accused of doing things right, I unhooked the heater (Ramco HT 115) to my tub about 3 years ago after the manifold frozen and broke over the winter. When I unhooked everything, my "plan" was to re-install everything to normal within a week. Well, 3 years later, I have NO IDEA where some things go! I think the white and black power wire go to the top 2 screws. Does it matter which side these go on? The high limit switch has 4 screws in a square pattern. The bottom 2 screws have brass pieces which go directly to the heater element. There is a small LED light with 2 wires coming off of it. I think at one time they had spade terminals on them, but i'm not sure, or maybe they were ring terminals. I replaced the pressure switch because the lower spade terminal was broken off. Other than the loose LED wires, there are no other wires to connect to the pressure switch. I'm sure the terminals aren't just there for decoration. There is also a small bolt threaded into the element base. Does something go here???

The tag that was on the old manifold has the following information:

Model No: HT-115
Cat No: 22-01PS
Serial No: 86125
Volts: 115
Amps: 12
60 HZ 1 Phase

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

By the way, the tub is a Seven Seas tub built in 1986.

This will give you a general idea of what to do: http://spasupport.com/electrical/ramco/ramco1a.gif In that diagram, the top of the heater shows a rectangular high limit. Yours has a flat pack high limit, so forget the high limit shown in the diagram. The red and black from the contactor in that diagram would go to the bottom of your four terminal flat pack (Thermodisc). Here's another diagram for the board. http://spasupport.com/electrical/ramco/

i appologize for the questions, but the red/black wires in the drawing....are those the same as the white/black wires coming from the heater control box to the heater manifold? I've seen that drawing before, but can't figure out what goes where. Still unclear as to what hooks to the pressure switch <img src=" title="Confused" />

you need to post some reasonable photos of your system to go any further with this... only way anyone can help you.

This is a picture of the heater manifold. I will take pictures of the rest of the tub when it is light outside tomorrow. Coming from the heater control box, there are only 3 wires, green white and black. At one time, the entire tub worked. I didn't use it over the winter and realized that all the water didn't drain out of it and froze. Everything work except the heat. The picture shows the pressure switch at the lower left and the small bolt just to the right of it. You can also see the high limit switch. The pressure switch is brand new. The LED is in the upper left corner. I pulled the wires out of the way for the picture.
