30a breaker tripping immediately
We have a 1999 HotSprings Grandee which came with the home we purchased 2004.
Last year we had a problem that Swine diagnosed quickly to be the circ flow pump. He was a huge help!
This year we are having a problem with the 30a breaker tripping immediately. 20a stays on, pump working (see lots of bubbles), both jets 1 and 2 work. Heater is not working. Thought it might be a heater problem, so we replaced the heater element.
Well, that didn't seem to have an effect. The 30a breaker is still tripping immediately.
Anyone have any thoughts?

Re: 30a breaker tripping immediately
The 30 amp breaker only powers the heater, so normally that is the only component that will make it trip.
Is the heater brand new? You may want to check it with a meter to make sure it's good.
If it is good, you may have a bad breaker.
