96 cal spa delux series trips breaker even w/heater disconnected.
I have a new to me 96 cal spa delux series(black control panel) Runs fine untill you turn the control nob to heat. At that point it trips the breaker. I disconnected the heater and it still trips the breaker. What should i look into next?

did you disconnect BOTH heater wires?

Yes. I disconnected both wires. I can e-mail pics if that would help any.
