Balboa LDE240 - 2 speed pump runs on low all the time?
I just finished rebuilding the in ground tub that came with the house we bought. My setup is now:
Balboa LDE240 controller Balboa standard digital top side (6 buttons: heat +/-, mode, jets, blower, light) 240V 2 speed pump 240V blower Raypak RP2100 gas heater
Everything seems to work fine except for the filter pump cycle. The controller is supposed to cycle the pump on in low speed twice a day for the filter duration set at the top side. I have it set for a 2 hr filter cycle right now. The problem is the pump runs all the time on low speed. If you use the top side control, you can cycle the pump through low to high to off. But after about 2 or 3 seconds after turning the pump off, the pump will kick back on and stay on.
