| DISPLAY PANEL WONT RESPOND |
I HAVE A SUNDANCE SPA SERIES 800... WHEN I CAME HOME THE SPA WAS RUNNING BUT WOULD NOT RESPOND TO INCREASE OR DECREASE TEMP..IT SEEMS STUCK ON 82 DEGREES...i CALLED SUNDANCE..THEY TOLD ME TO SHUT OFF POWER AND REMOVE GREY RIBBON FROM MOTHERBORD OR CIRCUT BOARD AND REPLACE..THAT WOULD RESET IT..IT DID RESET BUT NOW EVERY ICON IS ON DISPLAY PANEL AND IT APPEARS TO BE LOCKED,,I CALLED BACK BUT THEY COULD NOT HELP ANY FURTHER...ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS... I'd buy a new touchpad and without actually fitting it (sticking it down), just plug it in, in place of the old one. Then re-set.
See if that fixes the problem, if not they'll probably be fine to take it back and sell you a new PCB instead.
