| Dimension One-At Home won't run |
Have a 2003 Dimension One (at home) Companion hp. We bought in 2004 as a leftover. It is at a vacation home. About 6 weeks ago, it displayed three red dots on the temp display. I turned jets on and it worked the second or third time. Two weeks later, same 3 red dots, but no jets. The display lets me change temperature, displays temp, light works etc.
Manual says filter clog, so I removed and cleaned. No go. Took out filter totally. No go. Killed power and waited. No go. Took off panel. No resets. When I press the jets button, there is an audible click in the controller panel, but nothing happens. Ideas? I have tried to get a service guy out for weeks, but because we are somewhat isolated, and it's probably a 45 minute ride, I don't think they care that much.
Help. This is the cool night time we love the tub! Have a 1997 hot springs at home and never an issue. |

Re: Dimension One-At Home won't run
This is usually caused by a flow switch or worst case a bad circ. pump. Here is the part you will need. http://www.easyspaparts.com/filterscree... ge=&cid=13. Sometimes you can just take this part out by unscrewing it all the way and putting it back in. Make sure there is no power to the hot tub before you do this. Water will flow from the tubing make sure the arrow is pointing in the same direction on the part that it was in before you took it out. If this doesn't work let me know.
