| FL Error code on Balboa 2000 LE M7 controller |
I have a spa with a Balboa 2000 LE M7 controller. It has a 52295 circuit board. When my spa is turned on, it goes through the start-up sequence and then displays an FL error code. I've been told this is an error associated with the pressure switch. I've narrowed it down - when either of the 2 sensors are disconnected I get the Sn error code but if I jumper out the pressure switch by wiring the two leads that would normally go to the pressure switch (I made a small jumper with 2 male spade lugs and just attached it to the 2 female leads that went to the switch) I still get the error code. If I disconnect the other end of the pressure switch wiring from the circuit board at J9 on the board, the tub will run without the code but will not heat. It acts like it is in filter only mode. Can I assume it is the board? Any way to confirm? Is there a wiring diagram for this board available anywhere? (there's one located on the inside of the control panel door but it is minmimal). Could it be anything else? " title="Crying or Very sad" /> Any assistance is appreciated. " title="Very Happy" /> |

This issue has been resolved. For anyone else that may come across this issue, check the dip switches on the board. There is a label on the outside of control near the dip switches that tell what each one does. The dip switches had been hit and all had been reset to the off position. Turning on the 3 appropriate switches put my cpa back in the correct mode - without the "FL" error code |
