Can anyone give me a web site to get just the Foam insert for my spa cover. Every site I've found they only sell the complete Cover (how convenient)

About any company can do it. Keep in mind, foam is generally cut to the specific specifications of the company that originally made the cover (there is NO standard). You'll need to send them the cover, they'll need to than take more time than it takes to make an entire cover properly fitting new foam to your old cover, then ship it back. Figure on a minimum of 150% the cost of an entire new cover...probably closer to 200% with current shipping costs " title="Shocked" />
