Heater knock~ 1997 Coleman 255 Silver Grand
After letting my tub sit for roughly three months I went to fire it up today. I knew I had a leak at the inlet side of the heater so I put a new gasket and it sealed perfectly. I filled her up with water and ran it. No leak. I set the temp to 98 and let it run most of the day. Early on I noticed a erratic what light knocking noise coming from the heater/heater tube when the pump is on the the high side. I don't notice it when the pump is on low. What is happening?
Is there air cavitating... large bubblle????
Is something wrong with the heater itself?
What do I do to stop the knock? Repair or replace?
Thanks for your help in advance!! Looking forward to hot tubbing in the cool~cold days and months ahead!
