We have a Hot Springs Grande (G161292) that will turn jets 1 and jets 2 off by itself. I would say that this is a normal condition but there ie no rhyme or reason to the time cycle. Sometimes they go off after five minutes sometimes twenty. You can not turn them back on through the control pack you have to reset the system by flipping the breaker off then back on. The recirc loop is working fine, the spa is heating fine and the clean up cycle is working fine. Any sugestions on where to look first?

I beleive it's an interlock timer board problem. Will check for you Monday. That spa is pre-IQ2000 and has relays and large components in the control box. Sorry for the delayed response.

That's the first thing I'd check as well, assuming the power light isn't flashing when the jets turn off.
