lI have a 2003/4 vikeing extreme and it has always had multipul colors for the under water light, now its just a soild pink color..This model has the one button for the light and jets.Push once the light comes on,Twice and the low speed kicks on and then Three times and the high speed kicks on.I have tried tripping the breaker and tried "reseting" it but that resulted in the pink color as well.. If ANYBODY COULD HELP THAT WOULD BE GREAT, I LOVE MY TUB BUT HATE PINK..

The junction box for your light has probably gone bad. Follow the cord from the light itself to the first thing it connects to. Probably a small ~4" square box.

When it worked, you should have been able to change colors every time you cycled through the functions button within 5 seconds or so, correct?

I have only had the tub about 4 weeks,I did not know about that function..it just seemed to do Iwhat it wanted to I thought it was pre programed.

Yeah, usually with LED's turning them on-off-on within 5 seconds or so will change the color. You'll probably have a handful of solid colors plus one setting that cycles through all of them.
