New ACC Unipack, pump wont turn on
I just installed a ACC SmarTouch Uni-Pack into a 1999 Cal Spa. Unfortunatly when I turn on the jets I get a PSoL or PSoH error. I did bleed the air from the heater but it didn't help. When I select the jets I can hear the relays click but no flow from the pump which is why I am getting the pressure switch error. The pump is a GE 220v 5hp which was functioning before. I put the DMM on the pump wiring and when I turn the jets on using the top sid I get 120v between red and ground and 120v between black and ground but I get continuity between red and black (which doesn't seem right, should be 220v right?). I was very careful when putting the new pigtail on the motor to make sure I replaced red with red, black with black, etc. I checked the connector wiring and it is correct and the fuses are good. Any ideas?
