| Setting temp |
Hi I wasnt sure where to post this so it may be moved but I am a first time spa user, I aquired a used Coleman its about a 1994-95 model. I have been using it now for about 1 week and am wondering which is best. Keeping in mind its really only used during the evening so should I A: turn the temp down to like 85 or so in the over-night/afternoon then turn it up when I get home from work so its ready after supper. Or B: leave it turned up to 101 all the time. which is more efficient and would use less electricity.
Thanks in adavnce |

Re: Setting temp
I feel that leaving the temperature set (and not running it up and down) is much more efficient and uses less electricity. This assumes you have good insulation and a HD cover (if you live in a cold climate). If you live where it is extremely cold, and only used the tub sporatically, then you might want to turn it down until a couple hours before you use it.
Otherwise, if you use the tub daily, it is much nicer to have the water where you like it and not have to mess with raising the temp. |
