Sticking timer
Am new to this forum and hope to benefit by joining.
I have a spa that uses a Spa Builders AP-4 control unit. The timer in it is sticking. Sometimes it runs okay, but it will eventually hang causing the circulation pump to continuously run. Is there anything I can do to 'fix' the timer clock (e.g., lube, clean) or do I just have to buy another? Is this a common problem?
It looks like it might be a Glasslin type ELTMG101, which goes for around $40. Anybody know where to get one cheaper? Thanks.
