Hello all,

As every year after winter, I filll the tub up and find brand new problems......

Here is the topo :

A 1994 Sundance Calypso spa. Filled up, flipped braker. Power on, topside is lit. Push the buttons, here clicks from board relay. Lites lite up as they should......

No heat, pump or air. Tried to prime by pushing the pump button, no avail. No change, motor makes no noise.....

Opened up, and replaced circuit card with new one. No change. Checked all the electrical, where it should be (220 v. no wiring diagram of course) power seems to flow......

Any kind souls have any ideas......??

Update :

- I direct wired the white and black wires from the pump, and the low speed on he pump works.
- When I no push the topside jet button, and then the air button, the air pump works.. But only when hotwired.....

- changed the high pressure switch for the heater, and the temp sensor, the heat now works.

But again, only when the pump is hotwired.....

PLEASE ANY IDEAS ?????

And does anybody have a wiring diagram ?
