Tiger River Siberian Spa Tripping
I have a 2001 tiger river siberian model. It is 220 wired into GFCI breaker panel. The heaters high temp limit kicks the power off to the panel on the spa and I get a red flashing light on the control panel. It looks like the circulation pump is still running, but nothing else. The jets won't power on and the heater isn't putting out any heat. I can turn it off and wait 30 seconds and turn it back on first the 20 amp and then the 30 amp breaker once the water starts circulating. It will run a couple of minutes and kick back off. Sometimes it will run a few days before kicking off and then sometimes it trips right back off. The heater was replaced last year with a No fault 240V 6KW SSE-00-0H-0F PDR Titanium Heater. Can anyone give me any suggestions?

Re: Tiger River Siberian Spa Tripping
Flashing red light is usually caused by...in order
1. Dead circulation pump...make sure that it is running. 2. dirty filter 3. clogged circ pump 4. Bad High Limit thermistor.

Re: Tiger River Siberian Spa Tripping
Thanks for the info...we replaced the high temp therm and the check valve. Starting with the cheapest problems first. We then took out the Ozonator connector. It seems the connector was slightly clogged causing a slowing of the flow of water to back up to the high limit thermistor. It has fixed the problem. Thanks for the advice!
