I have a United Spa that has been working fine, I had it serviced when I bought this house almost a year ago. I had some work done on the pump, had a ozone generator insalled (love it) and all has been fine. I got in the other day, hit the "jets" button and lost power, tripped the breaker etc. I thought maybe it was too hot so I let it cool down awhile. Reset the breaker and when I hit the "jets" button, the breaker tripped again. Any ideas...Thanks

If you don't hit the jets button, is it able to filter and heat on it's own? Do you know how many pumps you have (circ pump + single speed jet pump vs. a single two speed pump)?

I think its a two speed simply because the jets will come on (on its own) when its heating. I will have to look closer tomorrow to see exactly what I have

If it's a two speed motor, I'd switch the lines for high and low speed to test whether it's the high speed motor windings or perhaps the high speed relay on the board.

Are you talking about the plastic air line? Sorry, Im new to hot tubs. Inside, under the "jets" button, there is only one plastic tube line coming from the button. So now Im thinking it might be a single speed pump.....

No, i'm referring to the actual wires going to the motor from the pack.
