Hello
I have a 2000 Great Lakes "Ontario" 4 seat hot tub, just replaced the control because the I could not adjust the temp on the old one anymore. I plugged in the new control and have the same problem. I have replaced the circuit board once and still have the old one(replaced it because it would not heat last christmas and it corrected the problem) so since the control is new and should not have anything wrong with it I thought I would hook the old circuit board back up to see if the new control was bad also, and it is not, and the tub is heating again, is it possible the something else was wrong last year and the old circuit board was still good? Is there something that I should look for to be wrong with the new circuit board? Could it the female end of the connector(soldered to the board) and if so can I switch it out? Sorry if I am not using the correct names I am not very familiar with hot tubs but am handy with most other projects of this nature( wiring and what have you) Also the control that I have has only two buttons one to control the temp. and one for the jets. The hot tub can not heat and have the jets on at the same time not sure if that helps or not. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Too many variables... could be anything from a stuck contactor to a loose connection somewhere |
