Hi can anyone help.i have a spa audio music system on my hotspring hot tub,the actual cd player is working fine and playing music.however there is no sound out of the actual hot tub.was working fine,but now has stopped for some reason?any ideas would be appreciated.thanks " title="Rolling Eyes" /> forgot to say the control panel is working fine,just not the volume controller. The actual amp may have a reset button on it depending on which year it is. Unfortunately in the Envoy, the amp is located in a compartment on the side, so the side panel needs to come off. Also, if power to the tub has been off, you sometimes need to reset the spa audio system by turning up the volume on the Auxillary control panel. Try this first before you try taking the side off.

hi,thanks for reply,think its roughly about 5 years old now.i wasnt aware the sides came off?just the front compartment with the screws?

You can check there first, but on an Envoy I think the amp in on the right side (if you are facing the front panel). There are 3 brackets on the bottom black part that you need to take the screws out of, then the side has to be pulled off. There are a few indented areas at the bottom of the panel that you can grab it by. It has to be pulled pretty hard.

Did you try turning it on by the Aux pad? If the Aux pad is not working, you may not be able to reset the Spa Audio.
