spa pack.. air or digital

I renovated an old basic hot tub a few years ago, I bought a good pack from hydroquip(cs6230 with heat) it will control 2 pumps ozonator, blower, everything. I now received another new tub from a friend, it has much more features, ozonator, 2 pumps, blower, 20 + jets. My old tub was 5 jets and a bunch of blower holes, very basic. I would like to use this new pack that I bought and trash the old nasty looking pack with the new tub, but it has air buttons, and there are a bunch all over the tub to control different things. If I switch to the new pack what happens to all those buttons will I lose any features, the tub is a 1991 Thermo Spa Manhattan it has a Genesis II pack in it now.
I dont need to leave thhis pack in my old tub, i will replace with a basic pack to control just the pump and blower.
My concern is the buttons that are labeled(control for turbocharging) and (control for secondary pump).
