how can you tell if the transformer is bad,or if the top control panel went out?my tub won't work and as far as i can tell i have power to the circuit board..ken

What happens when its powered up? Does anything happen when you press any of the jet buttons? Is the water cold or is it being heated? Have you looked at the control panel to see if a wire has come loose or a fuse has blown. What brand of spa is it?
