what caused this????? SEE PHOTO
so it was running fine, no problems for a couple days then pop sizzle... fried. (see photo)
looks like one of the terminals to the heater melted..
this mean there's too much current running to the heater? heater now fried??
93' coleman horizon 220v spa
could it have been caused by disconnecting the ozone, lights, and the blower? (non essentials)?

Typically caused by a loose or corroded connection. The bad connection causes electrical resistance, causing it to heat up.
