what keeps pressure switch on?
I have a older leisure bay spa. The heater side of the contact want power up unless I blow air into pressure switch. My question is where do I hook up this switch. I only have 3 air switches on controller air, pump, and light with temp control. The pressure switch mounts to the metal cabinet and comes out back side. How does pressure apply to this switch? Please help.

Re: what keeps pressure switch on?
Water pressure closes it. It should be installed in the plumbing on the pressure side, usually on the heater housing somewhere.

Re: what keeps pressure switch on?
Look for a brass nipple on the pressure side of the pump plumbing. Don't screw the pressure switch into the heater on this model, as the heater is on the vacuum side of the pump.
The factory threaded a brass nipple right over the pump union (sometimes on the back side where you can't see) on the pressure side. Just connect the small tube from the nipple to the pressure switch.
