4 hours to heat up
help me, I have a jacuzzi with a spabuilders/brett control system model bl46 spa side part#24-4811a and a heater part #3-70-5016, it takes 4 hrs to get to 98degrees...I would like to know how to do a self test or any simple problems i have overlooked. the jacuzzi was empty when we moved in. my controls are on page 63
