| 2002 Cal Spa MAJOR leak - Help finding manifolds |
Thanks everyone for all your tips for getting the foam out but it would sure help if I knew where to be looking for some of this stuff. Have a 2100 Electronic Series and if anyone knows where I can find a plumbing diagram, I would appreciate it.
Was having a heater problem last summer and our local Cal Spa dealer replaced the circuit board with one (not matching to our original) that worked for a short time then quit again and they would not replace it saying it was an electrical problem. Had the line checked and got a clean bill of health from an electrician. Did everything I could to get all the water out of the pipes, got the original board repaired (blown fuse), but it had to go thru an Illinois winter. It filled fine but when I turned on the jets it lost water at the rate of a foot an hour till it got to the seats. HELP!!!!

Did you get any replies about the plumbing diagram or find one outside of the web? If so I really need one too. Thanks! |

Never heard a thing but with a lot of digging of foam I found the problem and many of the manifolds. The one with the problem was on the side opposite of the board, pump, etc. It's a little right of the center, down deep. It's the one that takes care of the center volcano and the jets on that side. The way it is constructed will cause the lines to break because there is no way it can drain. Luckily the manifold was not broken but all the lines to the left of it and up to the valve that controls the pressure on that side of the tub had major breaks. But we are finally repaired and running fine. In fact we just got out of it a few hours ago. Can I answer any other questions on the plumbing?
