We had it running for weeks with no problems at all. Drained last week to replace lighting.

Refilled.

Now Jets #1 working great but #2 aren't working at all. The motor runs, but there is no output.

We have re-primed with no change.
Slice valves are open.
We've double checked the filter and it's clean and tight.

Diverter controls are open (not changed since it was running fine).

Any help before we get the repair guy out here would be helpful and appreciated!

It is probably still air locked, but check for debris in the impeller just in case. If it has a drain plug, slowly back that out with the pump on until you start to get air/water coming out. That should allow any air to bleed out.

If you don't have a plug you can also bleed the air at either pump union.
