| Double filtration or not ? |
Hello,
Today I received my SPA, it's a CALSPA Classic (atlantic) 45 jets. " title="Very Happy" />
But I quickly realized that the merchant has made an error, my SPA has 75 ft ² Bio-Clean Anti-Bacterial Filter instead of 150 ft ² Bio-Clean Anti-Bacterial Filter as I had required. " title="Confused" />
They offer to refund me (250$) or replace the SPA, but I need to wait another 3-4 weeks if they replace the SPA! " title="Sad" />
Does double filtration change really something?
Thank you
Steve |

75 sqft filtration is more than sufficient if kept clean - 150 is better, but an extra filter to have to clean and replace along the track - ask for much more of a refund because it'll cost them much more in hassle to replace with the correct model, plus the model you have would have been cheaper also |

The technician explain me that the second filter is not running during the filtration cycle, but only when I activate the second motor manually... " title="Crying or Very sad" />
I will let down the double filtration system and keep me CALSPA like that. |
