| Dynasty spa diverter valve leaking |
My diverter valve is leaking out the top and dripping inside the cabinet. Can this be repaired by replacing seals or something like that. How do you get it apart.
thanks Tim |

Re: Dynasty spa diverter valve leaking
There are seals inside of it, but getting it apart can be tricky. Most are just held by a couple of tabs that will release with a bit of upward force on the outer ring. Others thread in. If you can post a picture or find one similar I might be able to be of more help. |

Re: Dynasty spa diverter valve leaking
The lever pulled right up and the nut screwed off using a strap wrench. Changed the o rings on the shaft and put it back togather no leaks!!!!!!! " title="Very Happy" />
Thanks

Re: Dynasty spa diverter valve leaking
I have a artesian spa, brand new. When the jets come on, the water is cascading against one of jet diverter valves, which is then leaking inside the cabinent onto the pump below, which is causing the GFCI to trip. the dealer is saying that the water level must be lowered to prevent large amounts of water from getting to the deiverter valve. But this water issue would then re-occur when the tub would be filled with people. The jets are only 2 inches below the level of the diverter valve, so I would have to lower it below the level of the top most jets and even more when the tub is filled with people ?
Im suspicious of the dealers claims and think the diverter valve should not leak, not matter what. can someone give me the straight answer ?
Thanks |
