Help - Issues with 4 yr old Sovereign Hot Springs spa
4 yr. old Hot Springs Sovereign back massage won't work. Tried taking filters out but didn't fix it. How do I get to the workings of the back massage? What panels do I remove? Where are the vacuum hoses? (It has been drained). Also, the diverter knob is very difficult to turn and the inside rear control on/off switch no longer functions.

If not fixed yet - with the moto-jet, make sure the diverter valve is not in a middle position. The moto-jet depends on pressure to go up & down. You can access the jet from the spa side. 3 screws and the faceplate comes off. Check the airline to see if it's broken or off. You may need to replace the jet - use a white one as a replacement. Your diverter valve needs replacement. Any grit in the spa goes to the diverter. Your aux. control also needs replacement.IF ORIGINAL OWNER ALL THESE THINGS HAVE A FIVE YEAR WARRANTY
