How to clean jets?
I had to drain my tub to replace the heater element today. While it's empty I have removed the jets to clean them, what should I soak them in to remove built up deposits?

Re: How to clean jets?
Not something I've ever done, but if I were going to I'd probably use some sort of detergent first to remove any oils and then soak them in a diluted acid solution to remove scale deposits. Be sure to rinse them off well so the detergent isn't still on them when you fill the tub!

Re: How to clean jets?
Hi,
You can try using Lysol Mildew Remover with bleach but don't hope that can clean it right away. You must spray on it two times a week to clean the jets and prevent lime scale deposit.
Other ways is using vinegar. Open the jets and soaking inside the vinegar overnight. After that, use needle and small sniff brush to clean it.
