We have noticed water leaking from the wooden housing of our Jacuzzi Premium spa when we turn on jet pump 1 to either low or high - more on high. We finally opened a panel and found a bundle of 4 flexible pipes that are open ended. When we turn pump 1 on water begins to drip out of one of these pipes. Why would this be? I've wondered if these could be some type of overflow, but we've had the spa several years and not noticed it before. We are mostly worried that the water will eventually damage the wooden housing. Any ideas or suggestions?

Without seeing it I can't be sure but they sound like they may be air intakes. If so, they should have some kind of check valve inline to prevent water leaking out. Again, I'm not familiar with that model.

If they are the air intakes for the jets, it sounds like one or more jets is faulty and is forcing water back out the intake.

Dr Spa is right if they are air intakes it should be sucking from them with the jets on.

It is a Jacuzzi Premium Model J370/W. I know that we have lost some ball bearings from a jet - first I accused the kids of dropping bbs from their gun into the spa. But finally figured out that wasn't it. " title="Confused" /> I haven't been able to figure out where I can buy the replacement jets and the last repair guy couldn't order them for some reason. Does anyone know?

I'm afraid I don't have a diagram for that one. Maybe someone else can help...sorry.
