| No Flow, No Heat, No more paying 98 an hour for a guy who knows less than me. |
Ok, I have a 93 Cal Spa PS4......It's a 220v system with two pumps, one circulation, the other for jets. Initially I couldn't get the heat light to come on but I have that resolved with a new pressure switch. All the while, I've never been able to get flow through one of my seats. This main seat has 6 jets and seems to run from the circ pump. The element is heating up and the water is hot down there however, it doesn't seem to be making it's way through the jets - thus, no heat. If the system is running, it keeps trippingthe high heat switch because the water isn't flowing from the element. I've tried blowing things through the lines, sucking the lines out and bleeding the pump. No luck so far. I had a man come out and paid him 98 an hour and the man had no clue what he was doing. I hit the heat reset switch to turn the tub on and the man actually told me I should work for them. He spent 3 hours and the only thing he did was attempted to fix a small leak by putting glue around the outside of a pvc pipe.
Anyhow, any help anyone can provide would be really really really appreciated.
Thank You,
Chad |
