black gunk in water shooting out of jets while tub is runnin
What is causing the black gunk shooting out with water, from tub's jets, during tubs useage? Mainly happens during initial start up. Black gunk is thin shiney looking substance in various sizes and shapes. What causes it and how do I eliminate it? Thanks for any help.

Could it be pieces of black silicone? I have white pieces of silicone that work themselves loose.
