flo-master xp2 pump not working
I have a flo-master xp2 pump that i cannot get to start no hum nothing the control box is switching power and is getting the correct voltage the pump shaft turns freely i bench tested the motor only on one speed and it worked but hooking it up to the spa nothing the control box switches power but the white black and red wires on the motor all have 120v all the time any help would be great thanks!

By chance is this motor a 240V motor? If so I would say your control box is not actually switching the L2 side of the windings (low and high). The voltage you are reading is the constant 120 from the L1 line to the motor, and will read the same on the L2 (low and high) if they aren't being switched by the control panel.
