Re: half jets not working
Look for kinked pipes inside the cabinet (if its not fully-foamed), or faulty diverter valve (if fitted). |

I do not have a manual where would the diverter be and do you mean the clear tubing that comes from the air knobs? everything in there is covered with foam. see pic thanks

Re: half jets not working
Does your tub have one or two pumps? If it has two did you verify that both pumps come on. Most of the time pump #1 has a low and high speed. I know on my tub if pump 1 is turned on low the back seats of the spa just barley circulate water and the jets dont really come on strong unless pump #1 is turn on high. Also if your tub has a filter I would make sure the filter is clean as a dirty filter can cause the flow to be very low. |

Re: half jets not working
Diverter valves look like a bigger version of the "air knobs" - see pics:
As Robo100 says, it could be that one of the pumps isnt working at all or isnt working on the high speed setting (assuming the spa has two pumps).
How many pumps are there? If there are two diverter valves, there are normally two pumps... |

Re: half jets not working
Thanks for the help I got it working!! apparently insid ethe tub is a large circulating jet that when it is turn down it forces the other jets that did not work to start working beautiful. this one jet turns on the circulate and keep the heat but when it is lowered it only pushes water and no air but the other jets begin to work. I wish I had a manual for this thing it would be so much easier. (the jet is on the bottom of the seat to the side of the bed.
Thanks for all your expertise it is uch appreciated!! Donna |
