I have an Artesian spa that I have had for a month. I drained it the other day and added new water. When I first turned it on, I primed it and every jet turned on. When I went out later in the day and turned it on, all of the jets on one chair would not turn on, every other jet in the tub works fine. What could be the problem? Are all the pumps still running and sound the same? Could be an air lock?

Or even simpler, are your jets closed maybe? Might be a silly question but I have seen that before.

There may be a valve that closes off certain parts of the tub. If you're sure nothing changed between times, try closing off some of the jets that are working to force more water toward the other seat.
