Low speed pump runs continuously
I have a Leisure Bay hot tub that I bought recently secondhand. It heats up to the desired setting but the low speed pump runs continuously even after reaching desired temp. It has a circulation pump that also runs. Even if I set the timer to only heat when filtering, it still runs the low speed pump off cycle. Could this be a timer issue and if so, how do I check it? It has the Spabuilders ap-1400 110/220 pack and i currently have it wired for 110v. The pump started getting hot after running for about 72 hours and starting activating the high limit switch. The pump is the only thing that gets hot once activated (by touch). The heater has to be cutting off at the desired setting because I turned it all the way down and it is not overheating the water. Please help me before I go crazy here " title="Evil or Very Mad" />.
