i got some debris in the pump impeller which caused in to freeze up and break where the pump shaft conceots to the plastic impeller shaft. i removed the broken inpeller and replaced with a new impeller. the spa runs fine on the low speed setting, but when you switch to high speed the motor gets very loud and the water still is pumped at the low speed setting. what is the problem?
